10 colour reduction linocut print ‘ Autumn blaze’ - typically finished during the wrong season!! (Although spot on for the Southern hemisphere!) The pond was teeming with life on a very warm October day.
I started this piece over a year ago and due to certain distractions over lockdown/s it was put aside. The black and white version (see main shop page) was pulled just prior to the final layer of cutting . It didn’t feel right to give this an Autumnal name, instead its entitled ‘Waters edge.’

Hand cut, inked and printed using Intaglio oil based inks on Fabriano Rosapina paper.
